I am prescribed 50mg once a day, but I was in a really dark place last night, and stupidly, I took 400mg. I began overdosing late at night and continued through out the early morning. I haven't slept a wink. I'm having chills, shaking.. similar to how I feel before I have a panic attack. However it's been multiple hours and I haven't experienced any more symptoms. I think I'm fine, but I can't be sure.

You are probably okay but i wouldn't be doing that anymore you can over load your system and thats no good for anybody that kinda thing can send you to the hospital. then they'll have to pump your stomach so don't be doing that it can also mean they can take your medication away if you keep doing it ask the dr to increase your medication.
