Depends. You may have something called a 24 hour bug that keeps you throwing up for a day or a half. If you have been throwing this morning, you may be sick and should lie in bed until you feel better. Take your temperature, and if it's low, you probably have a bug, but if it's like 102 or 103, then you are sick. So the answer to that question is "I don't know", but you should answer the question with my tips.
