I have a low Amazon ranking, I bought copies of my own book, and I have 10 reviews. But the publisher says no sales were made and they owe me no money. I think they are lying and stealing the money, do you?

We can't tell if sales were made, but if you got sales then you should have proof over that, with some kind of sales receipt or such. With that info approach your publisher and question that. If you are not happy wit them, maybe you should look for another publisher instead.
