I think I'm in early stage of pregnancy, would it do harm to the baby if I took contraceptive pills?

Go see a doctor.. He will offer you either an abortion or an increased dose of contraception pills that will kill the feotus before it gets any bigger.. Best off doing it sooner rather than later as it grows each day.. 10 months i think is too late.
