I think I may have heat stroke but I don't experience 2-3 symptoms but more symptoms than a cold?

I experience some nausea but no vomiting and my altered state of mind is minimal and I don't experience runny nose but kinda stuffy I believe I have minor heat stroke my question is what anyone might think I have for more opinions before I do a doctor visit or anything
