About 30% into the download, I got a pop up that says I need to close files because I'm low on space. I checked settings, and I have so much space left! I x it out, and suddenly my computer gets messed up. My whole background is just blue, no icons. When I open up word documents, they don't load, just a blank white screen with none of the ribbons on top. I shut down and turned on lots of times, keep getting that pop up, this time it's just frozen and won't let me do anything. PLEASE HELP ASAP
