I lost my insurance temporarily and it's $203.00/vial without insurance. I have a bunch of half empty vials in the fridge. Can I mix them? (it's all the same type of insulin)
Yes, you can mix them...IF you make sure they aren't passed their expiration date...AND IF you wash and sterilize your hands first...AND IF you use a new, sterile needle and syringe for the transfer. Good luck. Hope you get your insurance back soon.
