I sprang my knee 2 days a go do i use crunches for my sprang knee

I would, (although I am in no way a doctor)
I would just use crutches and just not put a lot of pressure on it. when you lay down or sit, keep it elevated.
However, if it doesn't feel better in a few days I would definitely go to the doctor/er so they can take an xray and see if its more than sprained.
