When I wake up in the morning I don't wake up happy and relax. All night I keep turn a round in my bed.

I do suggest a luke-warm pillow. Perhaps in the winter , nice, warm thick blanket with a pillow to hug and a semi-hard pillow (to support your neck and shoulders) will do. In the summer a thin blanket with a pillow to hug and a cold but hard pillow can help.If you're having trouble, before bed drink a warm drink. If you wake up in the middle of the night and want to go back to sleep, drink some milk(cold or warm) and a peanut butter jelly sandwich. It always works for me.
We need more details on your life style I'm trying to help so I need details on do you do drugs? Do you have body pains. Are you athletic. Do you have an issue on your mind that wont allow you to sleep. Do you focus on sleep when your trying to fall asleep
My advice: You could work out more and try focusing on your breathing when you go to sleep and don't make the excuse I don't have time to work out because workouts cause you to live longer better and happier even in the worst positions
