I seen at theo lacy jail a guy was wearing a orange jumpsuit and then they changed his jumpsuit to dark blue ,why did they do that ? And what does the colors mean
Orange is the color for a felony red is for much higher crime blue is for misdemeanor charges sometimes when an inmate goes in front of the judge the judge and prosecutor can drop some charges or change them with the color.
