Not sur if its a roll or a sprain, but I did it two weeks ago and it hurt for a few days and begam to heal quickly. I have almost all mobility back in it except is I stretch it to the furthest limits. For example, I can walk and go up/down stairs easily, but running hurts, and I have something to do in a week and a half that involves me running a lot. Can anyone help me? I need to know if I can fix it without a doctor
