I reserved an upgrade for Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. But somehow, it didn't update. Why?

Since windows 10 is going to release on 29 July so u will get update after 29 , because on 29 only the the people who have signed in for windows inside will get an update after that it will for all other who have reserved their free copy.
