I started stress eating about a year ago and it actually used to be the opposite where i couldn't eat when I was stressed.. Tonight I binged on a entire tall can of pringles, 3 granola bars, a whole big glass of grapes, and a coke... I was not even hungry I just can't stop even though I want to...

Just like you started ‘eating stress’, you can also stop. Because ‘eating stress’ is a habit, you can go on eating stress. What is meant by ‘eating stress’? You choose to worry, you choose to be stressed, you choose to be anxious. If you are happy eating stress, then continue. But normally stress leads to depression, stress makes us worry, stress ruins our happiness. Therefore, like you started binge eating, you can also put a stop to it. It needs conviction, it needs resolve, it needs the desire to be peaceful and happy.
