I recently got a car claim letter, but the information in the Re: part only how my information on it

Basically what I asked above, the letter only included my information

It looks like this:

*City, postal code*

Re: File No: *Letters and Numbers*
Insured: *My insurance company*
Plate Number: *My plate number*
Date of Loss: November 00, 0000
