I'm 15, small and I need to loose weight. I'm shy and I don't like going places on my own and going to the gym would make me feel uncomftable. Wat are the best exercises to loose thigh fat ? Please help and how long would it take ? Xx

You are so self centered that you whine for a whole paragraph without mentioning the most important fact: your gender.
Sorry for the scolding, but it does get awfully old listening to people whine about feelings when they need to start paying attention to facts. The fact is fat is made of carbon and hydrogen and it only comes out by turning into CO2 and water, and then it comes out through the lungs. That means a lot of puffing. Nothing burns fat like jogging. Dancers aways have the best figures. If you are female, you probably don't want to jog outside alone. Gym is ok if you know what to do, but gym operators mostly leave people alone. That leaves dance classes. You can dance by yourself with no instructions. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Expect to lose a pound a week when you do things right. And take acting classes so you can learn to pretend you're not shy.
I'm Exacly the same. 16, small and too shy to go to the gym. I wanted to loose thigh fat because that where I felt I was the most "fattest". I wanted just a basic answer to how to loose thigh fat and it's simply just try and eat healthier , less than you already eat and exercising like jogging and cycling
