Someone I know is 15 and doing course work and work placement through a learn to work company and to get paid they need to hand write their time sheet and get a supervisors signature. He used an old time sheet with his supervisor's signature and changed the dates, emailed it and got his weekly pay without actually working. What would that be called and what are the underaged consequences?

it's called theft in anyway shape of form can also go to jail for claiming money he didn't earn lose the job and go to jail stolen money forging a application time sheet if this person a juvinile or just under age under faults pretenses so you probably looking at a couple years at least if done under a prosecutor but that depends on if the person has a criminal record
What do you mean by 'done under a prosecutor'
