... the status of my niche for personal use, I find that the cemetery had interned someone else in my niche. What violations are they facing with the Consumer affairs, Funeral and Cemetery Commission? What are my rights? I have asked for the removal of the remains. But, I'm very distressed

I can see that you have reasons to be upset, but IMO being upset is not a useful state. It only damages you. If you get control of your emotions, it is a trivial mistake that is easily corrected.
Thank you. But, my plan for the niche was for a family member in the future years to occupy.. How does it feel if you want to bury your wife in a plot you purchase years ago. Only to find that another casket is in your reserved space when your ready to bury her? Distressed, upset and dam mad. Now, do feel there is no problem?
