I pre-ordered a figure on a website, the shipping date is overdue and they haven't told me anything?

What should I do, this is £40 going down the drain because they just won't answer my emails.

If they won't answer your email then the next best thing to do is call them if that doesn't work turn them into the better bussiness bureau file a complaint or just ask for a refund
