I plan to volunteer in Canada via Jesuit Volunteers for 2 years. May I apply for Canadian PR after?

I am from Romania. I have planned to volunteer in Canada for 2 years. After that 2 years I would like to know do I have right to obtain permanent residency in Canada?

If you plan on staying in Canada you might have to apply for permanent residency that would be the way to go if you plan on staying after your volunteer stint is over.
