Hello, I just relocated to Phoenix Arizona to stay with family due to a bad marriage I had to get out of.I been staying there 4 months.I pay rent there and being there all they do is pick on everything I do.As if they don't want me there they find little things to argue about what they don't like how I live I guess.Anyway like I said little things and here lately they been listening to my phone calls lately and then questioning me about that, like talking about them or things of that nature. Now I am in my own room when on my phone and my question is.. can I argue the fact that I pay rent and I have a right to privacy and what I talk about in my room on my phone is none of there business?

yea you have that right you shouldn't have to have your phone calls listened to i would see how long you actually have to stay there if you pay rent they shouldn't even be messing with you i would look for a studio or one bedroom save what money you can and get out of there as soon as you can but stick up for what you believe in
