I own an 88 Monte SS. Its a project. I've been offered a mint 68 VW bus for pennies. Should I sell?

My car needs motor work. Been my dream ride for awhile but I know this bus is valued at 10k and I'm not even paying half of that. Should I really just sell?

I've seen gbodys for 1500 everywhere.
