It did say that the hyperlink times out then it loaded again and put in the details and it said it went through on the browser?

i would give it a couple hours they might have got redirected is it in your spam folder sometimes things like that end up there but its probably just a over sight i would go back and look at your account and see if you can look at order status normally they have a link there youcan look at to see your order
