I don't eat much, usually only dinner. It's not that I'm purposely doing this, but more so the fact that I'm not hungry.

I track my calories, too. Just to make sure I don't go overboard, and I've realized that everyday, I eat 500 calories or less.
As of drinks, I don't consume much, either. Water, black coffee, unsweetened tea, and yeah.

Is that bad or something???
