I never got my first period but I have brown discharge???? What's happening?

i think if you haven't started your period yet how old are you it might be starting or trying to start body goes through alot of different hormone charges this just means that its trying to start its what the body goes through that is its timing and how it would affect the way the normal period is suppose to be
