About a mouth ago i just lost my appltite dont feel like eating anything nothing sounds good if i do try to eat something and it dont sound good i take a few bit of it then dont eat the rest of it because i gag on it when i do try to eat all of it the only thing i can stomach To eat is cereal and the only reason i eat that is because i know i need to eat and i dont have a eating disorder Or anything like that i weight 200 because i use to love food now i can stand it and i not pregnant i took to pregnancy test at two different time both were negative some people may say i am stressed or depressed but i not anymore so i should go back to love food again and haven't and I feel nauseous a lot during the day does anyone else have this problem

There is no NEED to actually feel hungry. Nor is there anything that says that you HAVE TO like eating food. But you clearly have some sort of disruption in your bodily mechanics that are not considered healthy if not paid attention to.
You probably should treat eating as a chore now, where you must make sure you eat varying food types, even if you only can eat very little at a time. Do not stick to only cereal as you will surely do harm to your body by only eating one type of food.
Go to your local pharmacy and buy nutritional supplements to help you make sure you get all you need, but remember not to over do it. Stick to the advised dosage.
