I need work papers since I have an interview coming up, but I turn 16 next week can they put I'm 16?

Not until your 16, but you can technically work at 16, or even work on a farm at the age of 9. However, if the job requires you to be 16 I'm sure you can just work it out with the employer or just wait a week.
