Maybe you should not to involve in such thing. You know he is a bad guy, may be he will hurt you.

Talk to someone you trust like a parent / minister / guidance counselor. Let them help guide you!!
Don't ignore things to get more worst. If you are a good friend you avoid things that made his life unhappy and danger.
Just take a deep breath and say it.
You should tell his mom. If it is really that bad you don't want it inside! Let it out, don't stress over it. But the best thing is to tell someone and tell YOUR mom too, maybe she could give you some advice too.
