Hi i am 115 or somewhere around there, i am 5'3 and 13 i want to loose ten pounds, i eat when im bored im home all the time cause im homeschooled so how do i stop just eating. I want to stop eating not everything just, i want 3 meals a day no more, so any tips on not eating? Please i really need some help asap
