We do not own the land and we are currently paying for a 15 year loan. We need to lower payments because they are ripping us off. It is a 2013 doublewide and is in great shape. We have never missed a payment. Please let us know if you know any honest loan officers and lenders. We really need help. My husband has great credit but mine is poor because of doct. bills. But I just paid off a car loan so it should go up.
