I don't think it was on flash. It was 2D, with most of it being made by players. People can make locations in the 2d open world, as well as private locations, also mini-games and such. Players could also change/make their ingame sprite whenever they wanted. I got the link to this game from a random guy on the internet, went in on a guest account, got confused but generally enjoyed it. I found some nice people, had fun. Now I'd like to do it again.
