Thank you, will try it.

SImple answer is to mix the fish with other foods. Fish cakes for example, mashed potatoes mixed with salmon or cod coated in breadcrumbs and fried. Delicious and you'd never really know you're eating fish. You can also add crumbled white fish to stews and other savoury dishes. You do not need to eat a whole fish of fish steaks (though I personally find them lovely). Fish can be treated as an addition to other dishes and it's taste and aroma is very easy to mask.
I'm curious why you 'need to' eat fish, if it's for the omega 3 in the fish oils then you can easily get supplements for that.

Try to soak the fish in a fish sauce for a day to actually cover the fishy smell , then pan fry it . Been doing it with Teriyaki Sauce for the past few years now .
