I'm 28, my girlfriend is 26. I had recently found a text message that she cheated on me. We worked it out, and talked it out. Well I didn't think it bothered me, but it started bothering me a little bit, so One night I flirted with this 19 year old gas station girl. I never did anything with her, or was even alone with her. I just hit on her. A day later I started feeling bad, and I confessed. That was a week ago. About an hour ago the girl sent me a message saying my girl had sent her a message and called her a "slut", and would get her fired. I apologized to her, and then I told her I'd make sure she would never contact her again. She said thank you. My girl promised she wouldn't contact her anymore. My worry is can I get arrested for my girl sending her that message, or is there something my girl did, that could land me in jail, due to her sending her that message? Thank you all.
I need legal advice on harassment or legal advice?

And her and I aren't married, and we don't live together.
Your girlfriend can get in big trouble for making threats against someone. Your girlfriend could possibly be arrested but for threatening physical harm (not for harassment) but you would have nothing to do with it. That being said you and your girlfriend have a surprisingly immature relationship for people of your age.
