I broke the LCD screen for my Motorola moto g3 so I bought a new one off Amazon but after I carefully installed it following a guide the new screen does not respond or turn on despite the phone vibrating saying its turning on or off. when I tried again with my old screen which worked and turned on like it did before which confused me so i tried again with the new screen and still black again I tried with the old screen but this time it did not work after a couple attempts the old screen works at times and the new one not at all. i went back on Amazon and looked at the product that I bought and it said in small print the at this screen does not support android 6, I do not know if that is the problem or even if I have android 6. I really need help as what the problem could be and how to fix it. thanks in advance.
