I am 13 and I have pretty large breasts and I feel pain in between them and when I press Doen I feel a small lump is it fat? Should I go to the doctors? Idk what to do I'm like freaking out

Speak to your mother or other family member about your sensitive issue and ask to see a doctor. They will check it over for you. It is wise that you regularly check your breasts for lumps and most importantly, if you are still not happy, speak-up. Even doctors make mistakes!
Remember, never look to the internet for answers to self-diagnose your health issues. They should be diagnosed by a doctor, that's why they spend so many years studying. Only use the internet to look for more information on a medical condition which has been confirmed already, to obtain more information.
Finally, don't worry. Breast cancer is normally something which happens in males (un-common) and females quite a bit older than you, but well done for taking your health seriously.
