I stopped working out, eating more and upping my calorie in take. I bought fattening foods (that's are still healthy of course) I've done everything that I could think of and nothing is working! I've asked body builders what to do and guys that play sports and none of their ideas work! I am a 23 year old female. I am very small (78 pounds) but I'm short too (4'10) my recommended weight is 88-100 ish. I used to be at my suggested weight but recently I can't keep it on! Someone help please!!

I have been having the opposite problem, but I guess I can drop you a few tips on gaining weight. :)
A thing that you must do is eat whenever you are bored. It's a good way to practice. You can take walks and such, do strength training to build up muscle (which makes you heavier), eat sweet food and pastries if desired (cakes work great for buildig up fat).
I reccomend you download and app called " Noom weight loss coach". You have to put in your basic info there, including your current weight and desired weight. It will help you to count your eaten calories, gain up to 5 lbs a week, and reach your goal.

That's awesome! Thanks I'm definitely going to download the app. And I also wait tables and am constantly eating there and I also work at dunkin and I'm always stuffing my face with donuts lol. And even still I don't see any improvement. I hope it will start soon! It's been 2 months already with my heavy diet.
