i m from Bangladesh where our local banks cards on our currency as a result they don't support to international online billing like on facebook, websites bills skype etc.
i have a skrill and neteller account . both are verified account . both they donτ give master cards/cards any more to my country ..
now i need advice . i need a virtual worldwide accepted prepaid mastercard which i will able to use international online payments(currency should be in dollars).
and i will able to load/diposite money to them by my skrill/neteller account ..?
please help me , please advise .
