I need to loose weight to go into the military and also to make myself look better and to even help my self esteem. Everyone calls me fat and lately it's been getting to me. I need help with a diet I can maintain and perhaps a work out to help me loose weight relatively fast. As much detail as possible please because I feel like I will mess it up some how.. :(
I need a professional diet to loose weight, I weigh about 270ibs and 5'8. I am a male, help please?

Here is the deal. To join the military at your height; you will need to be at least 170 lbs. Need to see a recruiter for the weight requirements.
1. Slow jogs twice a day; start off slow and work to up to a 3 mile run in less than 30 minutes
2. get Protein in your diet
3. CUT out Bread products and processed foods
4. eat fish, nuts, chicken, eggs, leafy greens (kale, spinach)
5. You need about 1800 calories a day to get your weight down.
6. CUT out all SUGARY drinks
7. Water, Water, Water
8. Green Tea, Black Tea, Coffee (use Stevia) for sweetners or Honey
9. Get into a gym; use free weights and machines. Set in a sauna to move some excess water weight out. Set no longer than 20 minutes per session.
10. Start slow; the weight will not go in a day or month but after slowly pushing your body; the weight will start to drop. just got to stay with it.
