I missed a pill in the second week of the pack and have been on birth control for 2 years. I take my pill at 8pm usually but forgot and took it at 10am the next morning. I'm supposed to be getting my period and right now just have a thick white discharge. I have no other symptoms besides my boobs being a little sore. What are the chances I could be pregnant?

Missing a single pill will not get you pregnant, taking it a little later in the day will have no effect whatsoever.
If the pill has worked for you for two years (and you have been sexually active for that period) and not fallen pregnant, then it can be assumed that it continues to work.
If you are not sure take a test but it seems very unlikely, the pill is 99.99% effective.
