Now when I have funds in my PayPal and I want to transfer them to my attached US bank, PayPal is asking me for social security or income tax number that I don t have because I am not a US citizen. What should I do now?

You are asking for a bank transfer. This seems normal to you. Yet a drug dealer transferring funds who could do this would be charged with tax evasion.
