I havent gotten my period for more than 1 month now and i noticed its because of exercising. Last month i started this workout program 25 mins a day 5 times a week. Why is this happening? Any idea how i can get my period back? Should i stop my workout? I read a bit its caused by low body fat? But im overweight wanting to lose weight. I lessen my food intake though but make sure its about 1200 calories.

Basic answer is eat more, your diet is half the recommended calorific intake and adding regular exercise on top is starving your body hence your periods have stopped. You need to eat healthily if you exercise regularly, more fruit, more veg. I suggest you look up "healthy diets for people who exercise regularly" or "foods to eat when exercising". Fortunately your periods will return quickly as soon as you start eating properly again.
