I am only around 12 years old (can't say real age) and only go to the after school activity once a week and I prefer to stay focused on it and the class is a short less then a hour thing. Also my parents know and I think she's only noticed me once :(. By the way i've never talked to her and only see her in the after school activity. I do know her name but nothing else

I think you should talk to her, I'm not saying you should just go there and tell her “hey I like you“ but you can start with a nice “hi, how are you?“, just try to have a nice and innocent conversation, and depending on how she responds, you‘ll notice if she is also interested in you, and if she is, I would ask her if she wants to go watch a movie with me or whatever, but if she doesn't look interested I would just continue with the conversation until there's nothing else to say and just finish the conversation and walk away..

well it always depends on the girl, but I think everything starts with a conversation, and you'll notice if she is interested or not..
i am a girl and i do not like when guys just try to talk to me out of the blue i am also around 12 but usually helps if its school related coversations because then the girl will not feel akward.
