Well I had this idea That I would go up to her and ask her a question about her brother and say at the end oh by the way one of the boys likes you does andyone think that would work ??
I like this girl but am afraid to talk to her how can I get her to come to me instead of me to her?

Well, if you want my opinion, I don't think that there is any way to get her to come to you instead you going to her. Did you know that it was scientifically proven that most people feel more confident behind a computer screen? Do either of you have any social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+) in common? If so, you should send her a message. You should start up a conversation with her. Talk about school or work or whatever you do. Talk about something that you have in common,(other than the site of course, excuse my terrible humor.) Don't think about it as talking to the girl you like. Think about it as talking to a friend. You never know, she could just like you, too. As long as you try.
It really depends on her personality.
If she's shy, then you're gonna have to be the one to initiate conversations with her. I'm assuming that you don't talk much to her so telling her that one of the boys likes her might be a bit too sudden and may cause her to feel awkward.
If she's more outgoing, then make the first move. Just talk to her for a while or even say hi to her when you walk by to make her notice you. Then gradually she'll start to feel comfortable around you and might even come to you to talk. It might not be a bad idea to tell her about someone liking her, if she's that type of girl.

Trust me. It's the greatest feeling in the world when someone else likes you. But it doesn't always mean you want a relationship with them. Maybe you could get one of your mates to go up to her friends and ask how she feels? Don't be pushy, get to know each other better and initiate conversations while still not looking too desperate. Compliment her in a friendly way, make your chat seem effortless and don't stress. I think your plan is pretty cool but it really depends on her and not so much on how much you want her. Try to be nice, start something between you two, but still leave her some space. But truth is, you can't make someone like you. I'll tell you now, everyone goes through tough heart breaks but that can't change you. Go for it, I say. She'll love the attention but like most girls will usually mess with your head a bit just for the fun of it. You should definitely try your tactic as a started, I personally think its pretty smart
dont ever feel like you need or want to wait for HER to come to you. MAKE that first move. im not one to ever make the first moves myself, i just am i guess used to never having to make it because i daily recieve compliments from men & always am asked out for dates .. in person & daily in my inbox on facebook lmao! but what im trying to say is either do what ya need to do or feel like you wanna do atm, & go up talk to her... that might b the best thing you ever did. or just sit... & wait until... maybe she comes to talk to you for some reason... randomly. i say life puts the ppl in our lives when they are supposed to come! & if you feel like that girl is someone you want to have in your life right now, go for it make a move ... doesnt hurt nobody. but best is to just leave it b & let it guide you to the ppl meant for you atm...
You try and become a 'friend' of hers...dont jst walk into her, introduce yourself, win her trust for few days assure her that you will be beside her forever by helping her in everything and she will be ur bestest friend which may one day turn to love....if u really love her you have to wait coz harbari mey kabhi pyar nahi hota sirf garbari hoti hai!
My suggestion is to just walk up to her and be the bigger man, and tell her you have feelings for her. Yes it might be either two things that pop up in her head 1. Eww gtfoh 2. Maybe(: and that maybe is just one step closer to what you want(: But catch her with her friends not around, because some girls aren't themselves when their around friends... Trust me it doesn't hurt to try(:
