I really like this girl who who lives in my neiborhood but i think she might have a boyfriend. Shes a freshman in highschool and im in 8th grade if that matters but what should i do. What should i say to her or how should i talk to her. I am a shy person and have trouble starting conversations with girls but i am good at talking to them if that makes sense. So what should i do/ say.

If you ever meet her walking down your street start making a conversation in whichever way you're comfortable. Then look at her body language when she talks to you. If she smiles, touches her hair, and moves constantly then she likes you. Except remember to show no signs of nervousness or she will realize you're shy.
However, if it seems that she is trying to avoid your conversation, then she doesn't like you and you might want to give it up; she may have a boyfriend.
Remember to have confidence, its one of the most important things to have when talking to woman. It's very easy for girls to notice when a man is shy, so try to get rid of it. Naturally, your conversation will go on and at the point where she has to go home or she can't talk anymore, ask her if she wants to go out sometime. Try to get her number, or even more romantically, stop by her house. Good luck.
