Driving in a car going faster than your nerve impulses can travel. You hit a wall, if for some crazy way you survive would you feel the crash since you were going faster than your nerves transmit the information?

390 fps x 3600/5280 = 259 miles per hour

If you hit a wall at that speed I am pretty sure you would be dead before you could figure out what you feel.
