so im 16 and i keep hearing nonsensical conversations in my head. there not talking to me its almost like im in a crowd and i hear a bunch of people talking but i cant tune in cause theres to many voices. for the most part i can tune them out when im talking to someone. its only when im alone and the room is quiet that i notice them the most.
