This is a medical question.
I keep blacking out. Well not fully. My vision blacks out and I feel dizzy. This has been going on?

for a while but it's getting much worse and I'm actually falling. I'm extremely healthy physically but have some mental stress. Could this be serious?

You may be low on blood sugar so drink/eat some sugar. It could also be the same for protein and or water so make sure you are drinking plenty of fluid. You could be sleep deprived. I would recommend though, see your primary doctor and have him/her run all blood work for deficiencies and if necessary they may refer you to someone but defiantly see them first. If your lacking any type of vitamin that could cause you dizziness, and black outs. It could most likely also be iron defiance because I felt that way when I had it. You also should ask about getting a shot to test if your anemic that can also cause those feelings. Lastly it could be from a lot of pain in one area. I know that sounds like hooey but trust me it can really put a toll on your body.
You could be blacking out due to stress, this is possible. Go to your doctor to make sure you don’t have a deficiency first, and possibly consult with a thearapist. This can be due to stress, anxiety, depression, or something causing any of the three. Finding the problem may be able to help you out of blacking out, as this gives you ways to cope with situations around you. Even just having an ear to speak to can lesson stress and internal problems.
