If your computer still works then you're fine. Did you click on a program/executable (.exe) to make it appear? If not then try a virus/malware scanner to find the source.
System32 is an essential folder to make a Window computer run but itcan't get deleted that easily.
I ran malwarebytes and Adwcleaner and restarted the computer and it worked as usual :) I think I got it through some torrents
