am covered under my husband for Vision . I visited my eye Doctor on 12/8 and received an Explanation of Benefits from Aetna declining coverage. Please advise what you need from me in order to get this claim paid. Thank you.

You don't have coverage under your insurance but your husband has this benefit who has aetna with medicare you have to have a medicare advantage plan or its called medicare complete. You could call aarp they could set something up where you with united health care they can help with the vision.
