i dont know where i stand. we see the child every weekend and school holidays and my husband already pays for the child through csa, but now his circumstances have changed as we are now married so does that mean she is entitled to more money now? i love the child like he is my own and i provide for him when he stays with us. she doesnt work as she has 2 other children. we have been together for 5 years and when we met i knew they came as a package and i took to him straight away, but why should i pay for a child that is already being paid for when he is not mine? Help! im so stuck in a rut and i mean this with the best intentions.

wow, that a huge problem I'm no lawyer but when you married your husband you married his problems as well as he yours. I don't believe just because he has now married she is entitled to more money, but if his income increases ,the courts may increase her child support. You guys might be well serve to seek a attorney .
