i think i would change to tampons my self tampax pearl or ob those are really good it might help the situation with your period i think you should also go see a gynocoligist they could help you where the problem might lay even a dr could help you to have some answers for sure but please get checked out
I'm assuming that you are still a teenager and that this is possibly one of your first periods? The heaviness of your flow will very greatly over the next few years, and sometimes your period will be nothing more than a little spotting, while other times it could be quite heavy. If you aren't bleeding much, don't put in a tampon as it is awful to pull out a dry tampon. You are probably just having a very light period, which is completely normal. If you're still worried about it, go see a gynecologist about it, but honestly you're probably just having a light flow.
